ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced. They lead food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation processes.

As a Starbucks Barista, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks’ brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Engage with guests to exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
