As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as an expert analyst and advisor to executive management Direct, implement, coordinate, and oversee the budget execution activities of a major segment of an agency-wide or department-wide program Develop and evaluate policies in the assigned program area Analyze and evaluate the formulation, justification, presentation, enactment, execution and continual changes in program plans and funding Requirements

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Providing expert advice to executive managers; Communicating changes to budget procedures and policies; Developing and evaluating policies in their assigned program area;
