We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Supply Chain to join our Intelligent Supply Chain team within Consumer Products and Retail Services at Capgemini. In this strategic role, you’ll shape innovative supply chain solutions, collaborate across industry segments, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business outcomes. Your Role
Design and align client supply chain strategies, including warehouse management, automation solutions, logistics, and transportation. Identify and grow new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline in the region. Lead the successful delivery of Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D) solutions within the supply chain domain. Develop compelling business cases with clear quantitative and qualitative ROI. Provide strategic input into process design and Target Operating Models. Architect high-level designs and plan resources for large-scale transformation programs. Evaluate vendor products and manage coordination across solution providers. Expand consulting and project opportunities within the Intelligent Supply Chain space. Deliver accurate solution estimations aligned with contribution margin and contract value. Represent Capgemini in client meetings with clear, confident, and engaging communication. Craft persuasive value propositions through storytelling and real-world case studies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver end-to-end solutions. Continuously seek innovation and improvement to drive business growth. Your Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. 10+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations across retail and CPG sectors. Deep expertise in WMS, TMS, RFID, IoT, Computer Vision, and asset tracking technologies. Proven integration experience with leading supply chain solution providers. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Demonstrated success in pre-sales, proposal development, and solutioning. In-depth knowledge of the retail and consumer products landscape. Background in enterprise or solution architecture with a strong business orientation. Comprehensive supply chain knowledge: warehouse management, automation, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, transportation, and analytics. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from operational data. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Life at Capgemini
