We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our people operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, DEI, and community engagement. Compensation : Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle hiring: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding/offboarding Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs Maintain job descriptions and org charts Conduct monthly site visits to support engagement Resolve employee concerns and lead investigations Manage workers’ comp claims and retention strategies Oversee performance reviews and improvement plans Track KPIs and support employee growth initiatives Administer payroll and benefits programs Recommend competitive compensation structures Maintain HR policies and manage audits/reporting Maintain HRIS and SharePoint records Generate reports on turnover, absenteeism, and more Design and implement DEI strategies and training Monitor DEI metrics and advise leadership Lead outreach programs and volunteer initiatives Partner with nonprofits and organize company-wide events Qualifications
