Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our people operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, DEI, and community engagement.

Compensation: Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding/offboarding
• Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs
• Maintain job descriptions and org charts
• Conduct monthly site visits to support engagement
• Resolve employee concerns and lead investigations
• Manage workers’ comp claims and retention strategies
• Oversee performance reviews and improvement plans
• Track KPIs and support employee growth initiatives
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Recommend competitive compensation structures
• Maintain HR policies and manage audits/reporting
• Maintain HRIS and SharePoint records
• Generate reports on turnover, absenteeism, and more
• Design and implement DEI strategies and training
• Monitor DEI metrics and advise leadership
• Lead outreach programs and volunteer initiatives
• Partner with nonprofits and organize company-wide events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
