Akkodis is seeking a
Business Consultant
for a
contract
with a client in
Atlanta, Ga . The candidate will gather and document business requirements, identify and resolve gaps with stakeholders, and deliver solution-oriented documentation for large-scale engagements.
Rate Range:
$49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with retail stakeholders to understand operational needs and objectives.
Identify process and system gaps and collaborate with business and IT teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
Provide strategic consulting for large-scale retail engagements, leveraging domain expertise to guide solution design and execution.
Create comprehensive documentation including business process flows, requirement specifications, and solution outlines.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, close gaps, and ensure alignment across teams.
Support project delivery by ensuring business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions and tracked through implementation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in business consulting or business analysis, preferably in large-scale retail engagements.
Strong understanding of retail business processes with hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Proven ability to identify and resolve business-IT gaps and deliver clear, actionable documentation aligned with project goals.

Pay Details:
$49.00 to $64.00 per hour
