HR Data Analyst

Superior Essex . Responsibilities Gather, clean and analyze workforce data from various sources. Compile HR data from various systems (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, etc.) across multiple countries. Create, automate and maintain reports and dashboards designed to communicate key HR metrics and insights. Track key performance management indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, compensation, turnover, etc. Conduct data validations and audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across global HR systems. Support ongoing process improvements by identifying data inconsistencies or inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Collaborate with global HR teams and regional HR business partners to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights. Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards while handling sensitive employee information. Participate in global HR system upgrades or implementations as needed, focusing on reporting and data aspects. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team or organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS within a global or multi-regional organization. Strong knowledge of HR data structures, audits, and compliance-related reporting (e.g., SOX, EEO, GDPR). Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity when handling employee data.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global audits (e.g., financial, HR compliance, regulatory). Familiarity with data privacy and labor regulations in Europe and Asia. Experience in scripting or querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
