Strategic Account Leadership
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Walmart's merchants and sourcing teams. Develop and lead multi-year growth strategies that align with Walmart's initiatives. Responsible for research, analysis, and presentation of new & existing business opportunities to the IFCO leadership team and to prioritize Walmart-related initiatives. Meet assigned volume budget proactive management of RPC utilization through Growth & Category Development Develop and lead monthly business reviews with Walmart and IFCO leaders to ensure alignment to budget and forecast to meet assigned budget volumes. Identify, activate, and lead all volume growth through new item rollouts, compliance improvements, and year-over-year gains working with internal teams, suppliers, and retailer. Lead continuous development of retail data solutions in partnership with Walmart leveraging retailer data to drive growth, proactively identify and action insights that could impact volume, ensure supply chain accountability, bolster asset control and improve strategic partnership. Partner with internal teams to drive growth through expansion of core business beyond produce and deliver on customer-led innovation. Operational Excellence
Responsible for collaboration between WM and IFCO supply chain leaders to optimize fulfillment, improve OTIF, and reduce shrink. Lead turn rate initiatives related to product freshness, in-stock rates, and on-shelf availability. Partner with 3PLs or co-packers to streamline Walmart-specific operations. Performance & Compliance
Monitor KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns, and scorecard performance. Ensure Walmart compliance on packaging, traceability, EDI, and sustainability. Internal Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams focused on Walmart initiatives: Growth, Operations, Innovation, QA, Sustainability, and Insights. Directly responsible for handling day-to-day management of retailer account. Areas of focus are personal development, direction on day-to-day execution, strategies to grow account and ideation on emerging opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or agribusiness-related field required Must be geographically located to assigned customer Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the work week Detailed oriented across all areas of the business Proven planning and organizational skills Ability to consistently handle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
