Were looking for a
Field Marketing Manager
to be the face of De Soi in LA. This role blends field marketing and relationship building, bringing the brand to life through creative activations while cultivating strong partnerships with retailers, restaurants, bars, and distributor partners. Youll be responsible for making sure De Soi shows up in the right places, in the right way from sampling and storytelling to community engagement. Expect ~75% field marketing/events and ~25% distributor support. What Youll Do
Lead local brand activations from run clubs and wellness pop-ups to cultural events, in-store tastings, and restaurant collabs. Coordinate and staff retail demos to drive trial and conversion. Build grassroots partnerships with fitness studios, cafs, social clubs, and community groups. Cultivate influencer and tastemaker networks to amplify brand presence. Track ROI, sample-to-sale data, and engagement metrics to sharpen our local playbook. Own the local event calendar, staffing, and logistics end-to-end. Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring De Soi stays top of mind. Serve as the link between accounts, sales, and Southern Glazers to drive strong execution. Visit key stores to check merchandising, educate staff, and support sell-through. Share field insights with the sales and marketing teams to inform broader strategy. What Were Looking For
3+ years of field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or CPG beverage experience (non-alc or bev-alc a plus). A natural connector you thrive in social settings and engage people with authenticity. Entrepreneurial and scrappy resourceful, hands-on, and creative in problem-solving. Deep cultural awareness whether in wellness, food, or lifestyle, you know where our consumers spend time IRL. Organized and analytical you track the details, measure what matters, and adapt fast. Flexible schedule evenings, weekends, and local travel as needed. Bonus: experience working with distributor partners or managing independent accounts. Experience & Skills
Ability to manage field programs end-to-end, including activation design, staffing, and post-event analysis. Strong relationship-building with retailers, foodservice partners, and distributors. Comfort with travel within the LA area and occasional out-of-area events.
