Our mission: create elevated, functional drinks for the sober curious, the health-conscious, and anyone looking to celebrate without compromise.

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will be the face of De Soi in your market. This role is part field marketing / brand building and part account relationship management. You’ll bring the brand to life through creative, on-the-ground activations while also building strong relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributor partners to drive awareness, trial, and velocity. Ensuring De Soi shows up in all the right places and in the right way, making sure our products are sampled, our story is told, and our community is engaged. This role is 75% field marketing/events + 25% distributor support. 

We're a hybrid team, working 2 days in our Los Angeles office,. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead local brand activations: from run clubs and wellness pop-ups to in-store tastings, cultural events, and restaurant collaborations.
  • Coordinate and staff demos at retail locations to drive trial and conversion.
  • Develop grassroots partnerships with fitness studios, cafés, social clubs, and community groups that align with our target audience.
  • Build local influencer and tastemaker networks to amplify brand presence.
  • Track event ROI, sample-to-sale data, and engagement metrics to refine our local playbook.
  • Manage local event calendar, staffing, and logistics end-to-end.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail and on-premise accounts, ensuring De Soi stays top of mind.
  • Act as the connective tissue between accounts, sales, and Southern Glazer’s to ensure strong execution.
  • Visit key stores and accounts regularly to check merchandising, educate staff, and support sell-through.
  • Provide field feedback to the sales and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or CPG beverage roles (non-alc or bev-alc a plus).
  • An energizer and connector—you thrive in social settings and know how to engage people with authenticity.
  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy: you’re resourceful, hands-on, and love finding creative ways to make things happen.
  • Deeply tapped into culture—whether wellness, food, or lifestyle—you know where our consumers spend time IRL.
  • Organized and analytical—you track the details, measure what matters, and adapt based on insights.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling locally as needed.
  • Bonus: experience working with distributor partners or managing independent accounts.
