Program Summary: As part of Lennar's Future Builders Program, the Corporate Recent College Grad (RCG) positions are Full-Time, entry-level roles. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time workforce metrics to HR and business leaders. Support the development of predictive analytics models to assess turnover risks, talent trends, and workforce forecasting. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights, partnering with HR leaders to develop strategies based on key workforce trends. Assist in workforce planning initiatives, analyzing talent supply and demand to optimize workforce strategies. Collaborate with HR leadership to define key workforce metrics and align analytics with business goals. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) by implementing strong data governance practices. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Workday. Streamline HR reporting processes, automating data collection and analysis for efficiency and consistency. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for HR teams, answering key business questions with data-driven insights. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR functions to embed analytics into HR strategy and decision-making. Partner with IT and HRIS teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. Educate and train HR teams on data literacy and analytics best practices, helping to build a data-driven culture. Requirements
Current senior graduating from a Master's / PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred) Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa) Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and HR data management.
