Do you possess strong organizational, writing, and Microsoft Excel skills. Are you open to learning new processes, and want to learn about Power of Attorney, Analytical work, and data reports? If so, the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Compliance, Analysis, and Validation Section (CAVS) needs you! This position is responsible for the day to day operations for CAVS, performing analytical and technical support, for projects that have a direct impact on CAVS and the Filing Compliance Bureau (FCB). This Staff Service Analyst (SSA) provides analytical support on various inventory and revenue reports and also serves as a back-up Publication Manager for CAVS. The SSA is also a subject matter expert for the Power of Attorney (POA) workload and serves as a resource for managers within the bureau for administrative and reporting tasks.
