Job Title: General Manager Location: Buckhead, GA Reports To: Regional Director of Operations Hours Required: Candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends Position Overview: Ready to lead the next wave of soccer innovation? We're looking for a General Manager with grit to lead our cutting-edge TOCA Soccer Training Facility. If you have a passion for people, a love for sports, and the resourcefulness to make things happen, this is your moment. You’ll be the MVP in creating epic training experiences, keeping the vibe fresh, and smashing KPIs across the board in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Role Scope & Responsibilities
People: Leadership & Team Development (30%)
Partner with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a dream team. You’re responsible for developing talent for the future.
Coach, inspire, and lead your team, fostering a culture where every member feels valued and motivated to bring their best.
Drive team engagement and retention by creating a growth-focused, learning-friendly, and enjoyable work environment.
Process & Product: Center Operations (50%)
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the center is clean, organized, and ready to impress.
Lead coaches and front-desk staff to deliver a high-energy, guest-first experience where everyone feels like an MVP.
Manage recruiting and scheduling to maintain smooth training sessions and guest services.
Develop and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top condition.
Foster a guest-centric mindset and resolve concerns, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
Track and drive KPIs related to facility upkeep, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Performance: Community Marketing & Sales Enablement (20%)
Deliver an excellent guest experience that supports new guest conversion targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch initiatives that drive acquisition and retention.
Engage with center and regional teams to host events and create local market buzz.
Represent TOCA in the local soccer community and build partnerships that support growth.
TOCA Culture (100%):
Live TOCA’s core values—excellence, grit, innovation, and community. Act as a culture ambassador across the facility.
Partner with leadership to maintain a unified, high-energy culture with strong staff engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of operations leadership experience; preferred in sports, retail, or hospitality.
Proven ability to manage schedules and keep operations smooth.
Passion for people and sports with strong community-building skills.
Willingness to work non-traditional hours due to soccer action schedule.
Physical stamina for duties such as lifting and being on your feet.
Strong financial sense and ability to assess impact on the bottom line.
Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with TOCA’s vibe.
