We're on the hunt for a General Manager with grit to lead our cutting-edge TOCA Soccer Training Facility. If you've got a passion for people, a love for sports, and the resourcefulness to make things happen, this is your moment. You’ll be the MVP in creating epic training experiences, keeping the vibe fresh, and smashing KPIs across the board. This role is for the bold, driven, and those who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Role Scope & Responsibilities

People: Leadership & Team Development (30%) Team up with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a dream team. You’re not just hiring; you’re curating talent for the future. Coach, inspire, and lead your team, and foster a culture where every member feels valued and pumped to bring their A-game. Get creative with team engagement—keep turnover low and energy high by building a work environment that’s all about growth, learning, and fun. Process & Product: Center Operations (50%) Be the captain of day-to-day operations, ensuring the center is clean, organized, and ready to impress. Lead a squad of coaches and front-desk staff, creating a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere where everyone feels like an MVP. Stay on top of recruiting and scheduling, keeping the flow smooth for training sessions and guest needs. Design and implement maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top-tier shape. Drive a guest-centric mindset, turning every guest interaction into a fan experience by delivering next-level service and addressing concerns. Track and crush KPIs—facility upkeep, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. Performance: Community Marketing & Sales Enablement (20%) Deliver a great experience to new guests and drive conversion. Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch initiatives that drive acquisition and retention. Engage with center and regional teams to host events and create community buzz. Be the face and voice of TOCA in the local soccer scene, building partnerships that fuel growth. TOCA Culture (100%): Live and breathe TOCA’s core values—excellence, grit, innovation, and community. Act as a culture ambassador. Maintain a unified, high-energy culture that resonates throughout the facility and keeps staff engaged. Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if in sports, retail, or hospitality. Pro at juggling schedules and keeping operations smooth. Passion for people and sports; ability to connect and build community. Willingness to work non-traditional hours; soccer action never stops. Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and being on your feet. Strong financial sense with ability to assess impact on the bottom line. Stellar communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with TOCA’s vibe. Benefits
