What is Required
Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or Vertafore applications Experience working in a Help Desk environment, such as ServiceNow Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out
Proficient with the Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products Some insurance agency experience Familiarity with applications such as Concur, DocuSign, Smartsheet, Applied CSR24, Applied TAM, Erlon
