Responsibilities

Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Excellent communication and negotiating skills Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient

Compensation

$160,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
