KI is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing KI's Human Capital Management/HRIS system. This position will serve as the subject matter expert and technical analyst for our Dayforce system, collaborating with stakeholders to support corporate initiatives and improve effectiveness and efficiency. The position will include conducting system testing, implementing solutions, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and data integrity. Responsibilities
System Management: Configure, maintain, and support HCM system; ensure data integrity and user access Project Leadership: Drive improvements through Testing, Documentation, Training, And Upgrades Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and enhance system usability and efficiency Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into system configurations and solutions Training & Support: Educate users and resolve issues via vendor coordination and escalation Integration & Reporting: Support system integrations; develop reports and queries for analysis Data Governance: Audit data quality and enforce protection measures Vendor Relations: Manage SLAs and engage with vendor community for best practices Documentation: Maintain project plans, communications, and user guides Experience & Education
5+ years in HRIS; Ceridian Dayforce preferred Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Or Equivalent HRIS Experience Relevant Certifications And training preferred Skills Required
HR and database knowledge Excel and data analysis expertise Project management and communication Confidentiality and integrity Technical support and staff training Organization, time management, and self-direction Benefits
