Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a company leading in their field to find a skilled and proactive HRIS Analyst with deep Ceridian Dayforce experience. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the organization’s HRIS system, optimizing processes and ensuring efficient system utilization in a fast-paced, growing company.
Role HRIS Analyst
Location:
Remote (U.S. Based)
Compensation:
100,000 – 135,000 target base salary + 10% bonus
Benefits : Full H/V/D coverage, 401(k) match, & PTO

What will your day look like?
HRIS Optimization:
Lead the configuration and administration of Ceridian Dayforce (experience preferred but not required), ensuring smooth functionality across HR operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify automation opportunities, improve reporting, and enhance system efficiency for HR teams.
User Support & Training:
Develop and deliver training to HR and business users, ensuring effective utilization of HRIS capabilities.
Integration Management:
Support system integrations during acquisitions, ensuring seamless data transitions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, HR leadership, and third-party vendors to align system capabilities with business needs.
Who are you?
HR Systems Expert:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred but not required).
Problem Solver:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy Communicator:
Comfortable working cross-functionally to train users, generate reports, and collaborate with IT teams.
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
