Office Services Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for an Office Services Coordinator who will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and supporting internal teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain office equipment; manage supply inventory and procurement. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, printing requests, and general clerical duties (filing, word processing, answering phones). Act as liaison with building management, vendors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, IT, catering). Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, technology setup, catering, and materials preparation. Support internal communications and event planning (e.g., town halls, social functions). Maintain office calendars, bulletin boards, and digital signage. Assist with onboarding logistics and workspace setup for new hires. Cover front desk duties including greeting guests, managing deliveries, and maintaining reception area. Track expenditures, manage petty cash, and process vendor invoices. Ensure compliance with office policies and safety protocols. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in office coordination or administrative support, ideally in a professional services or legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Slack, and other office tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
