Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing accurate product information, assisting with order placement, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to shipping delays or product returns. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers. Assist customers with placing orders and ensure order accuracy. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers. Coordinate with shipping partners and internal teams to resolve delays or delivery issues. Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies to management. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Job Details:
