$25 - $28 / Hour Location: Walnut Creek, California Employment Type: Contractor Industry: Accounting & Finance LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client looking to fill an Accounting Assistant job for the corporate office located in Walnut Creek, CA. This position is in the office every day! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of accounting experience. The role will be responsible for accounts payable and vendor management, accounts receivable, administrative clerical duties and assist with projects as assigned. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field would be preferred Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel Software experience with a medium to large ERP preferred Good communications (written & verbal) Team player, quick to learn, and helpful Reliable, dedicated, and meets deadlines Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized Experience: 2 years of accounting experience (Junior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk) Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Flynn Woodworth Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
