Temp Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
A well-established packaging and distribution company in seeking to add a temp part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to support the team! The Accounts Payable Clerk will work with various accounting team members and frequently interact with Purchasing, Sales and Vendors. Responsibilities
Processing manufacturing-direct transactions from vouchering to invoicing (training provided) Process vendor invoices for inventory materials and service purchase orders. Confirm validity and accuracy of service vendor and freight carrier invoices. Create and deliver invoices for direct-ship customers. Communicate information to all stakeholders. Resolves outstanding invoice discrepancies with vendors as needed. Process manual check and ACH payments. Send payment remittances to vendors. Field payment inquiries from vendors. Provide departmental back-up for document library/database. Assists with other accounting department needs as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of accounts payable experience Excel- pivot tables, vlookups preferred Large ERP system experience (MS Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) Skills

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
