Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you will perform essential administrative functions across various areas such as Contract Administration, Procurement, Payables, Inventory, Budgeting, and Forecasting. You will contribute to making clean energy a reality while collaborating with a dedicated team. Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to office administration, including mail coordination, scheduling meetings, event coordination, catering, and ordering materials. Evaluate department needs and review vendor costs, discounts, and contracts. Review demand patterns, weeks of supply, safety stock, and inventory turnover to establish optimum holding costs. Respond to standard requests from internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner. Compile reports, analyses, and drawings from data provided by various sources. Monitor cost responsibility reports and work to correct discrepancies. Coordinate building maintenance, including landscaping, snow removal, and collaborate closely with building ownership. Handle fleet coordination, including vehicle orders, dealership communication, and repairs. Handle PSM and WIMS data retention programs. Make recommendations to improve work processes across the Operating Area. Manage United Way campaign and other charitable efforts for the local area. Help coordinate and attend community functions. Participate in budgeting and forecasting, including processing invoices, tracking purchasing orders, reviewing budget and monthly costs with leadership, and partnering with relevant personnel to create annual budgets. Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year experience in general office clerical/administrative support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong team player who can build collaborative and positive partnerships. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in fleet management, expense report submissions, procurement, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills. Ability to handle filing and administrative assistance tasks. Work Environment

The work environment involves a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel to San Antonio one day per week. The role requires working in a dynamic setting where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pearsall, Texas. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
