Accounts Payable Coordinator

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing and timely payments of invoices for the organization. Responsibilities include: Take ownership of end-to-end AP process- coding, approval, weekly check runs, vendor set up for multiple locations/states Works closely with leadership and practices to obtain invoice approvals Consolidate and prepare invoices for payment via checks, portal or ACH Closely monitor and balance multiple bank accounts Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of full cycle AP experience Extremely detailed oriented and has a positive attitude Excel- Intermediate/Basic Pay Rate $26/hr PTO, paid holidays/5 sick days This is a hybrid position based in metro Nashville (3/2 work schedule) Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Flexible start/end times between 7am-9am Office is in metro Nashville area
