We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will help resolve inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely solutions.
Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
