Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $900 - $1,150 per week. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with department heads to assess leadership needs and tailor programs accordingly. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to develop leadership skills across the organization. Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs through data analysis and feedback collection. Support the creation of a mentorship program to connect emerging leaders with experienced professionals. Research and implement best practices in leadership development and training methodologies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, training, or a related area. Strong understanding of leadership theories, practices, and trends in training and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups. Ability to analyze program effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Proficient in designing training materials and using various educational technologies. Benefits
