Construction Data Entry
LHH Recruitment is working with a construction company in Mesa who is in search of a data entry clerk to support their field technicians' payroll processes. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite. This role is responsible for accurately processing payroll-related data, managing personnel timesheets, handling expense reimbursements, and supporting administrative functions within the construction operations. Key Responsibilities:
Receive daily field reports and input data into timesheets. Submit completed timesheets to the Payroll Department. Set up timesheets for new personnel and ensure they are added to the daily field reports. Receive layoff information from the Superintendent. Coordinate with Payroll to request live checks. Collect and review receipts from employees. Complete and verify expense forms. Update the tracking spreadsheet and submit documents for Project Manager approval. Receive relevant timesheets from Site Safety. Prepare and submit required documentation to the Executive Coordinator for review. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role (construction industry preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field and office staff Must be able to work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
