Accounts Payable Clerk
The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure invoices are processed and paid according to Company policy and any problems or questions relating to accounts payable are resolved or answered. - Match invoices to online POs in an accurate and timely manner - Enter non-PO invoices in an accurate and timely manner - Review invoice entries for accuracy - Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to our Company policy - Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers - Invoicing (reviewing, entering and processing at least 200+ per week) - Purchase Orders - Check returns and voids - Communicating with vendors and calling remittance addresses - ACH setup requests Skills: invoice processing, purchase order Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business since 2022 or more recent with some business experience or internship - Experience within a client facing role (customer service, banking, financial advisor and loan processing) role or internship - Experience with basic sorting/filtering within Microsoft Excel Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
