Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support a healthcare organization in Ft. Collins, CO. This role is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for both biweekly and monthly schedules for clinicians and administrative staff. The Payroll Specialist ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and provides exceptional support to employees, while collaborating closely with Human Resources, Operations, and leadership. Key Responsibilities
Run biweekly and monthly payroll using Paycor Check timecards and pay info for accuracy Handle reimbursements and special pay Audit payroll data and benefit deductions Work with HR and Finance on employee changes Answer employee questions about pay and taxes Help with year-end tasks like W-2s and audits Follow all payroll laws and regulations Qualifications
