Executive Assistant (3-Month Temp)

Location: Seattle, WA Pay Range: $34 $40/hour Overview: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership during a 3-month engagement. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion. Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics Draft and prepare communications, reports, and presentations Coordinate cross-departmental projects and deadlines Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Qualifications: 5+ years of executive support experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve effectively Pay Details: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Darian Tang Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
