Escalations Team Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and globally integrated team? We're seeking a motivated professional to join our Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) Escalations teamsupporting operations across 42 countries! In this role, you'll be the first line of support for Accounts Payable inquiries via email and live chat, handling topics such as employee expense reimbursements, procurement, invoicing, payments, and general ledger. You'll also assist with return mail, check copies, and vendor/employee audits. What You'll Experience: A structured one-month training period (MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM) fully in-office, with direct guidance from your manager and two experienced team leads. After training, transition to a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. Exposure to a wide range of CAP functions including US and International Payee Ops, Global Expense Reimbursement, AP Research & Accounting, Indirect Tax, and more. What You'll Bring: 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field. Strong background in contact center environments. Familiarity with Concur and/or Salesforce.
