$19/hr. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 AM- 5 PM (must be open to working overtime and weekends) Benefits :

Job Description
: Must be a detail-oriented and organized candidate that may fulfill Data Entry duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into databases and systems with precision. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files. Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members. Create spreadsheets to track important information and orders Update various data including employee information and data Organize existing data in a spreadsheet Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records Scan and upload documents Accurately record Comfortable filling out and correcting I9
Other Duties include: Answer phone calls Direct incoming traffic Assist with any branch duties such as send pass down or other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus but not necessary. Proficient in Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with data management.
Requirements: Weekend & Overtime required during peak periods. Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
