This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with employee records, onboarding, benefits coordination, and general HR compliance. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical support to the HR department. Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Support the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientations, and benefits enrollment. Handle timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling inquiries. Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Assist with benefits administration, including medical, dental, and AD&D coverage. Provide general HR support to employees and managers, addressing questions and directing them to appropriate resources. Qualifications
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
