Student Assistant (Work Study) for the Department of Finance
The Student Assistant works within the Department of Finance to support tasks as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to: front office support (copying, organizing, electronic filing), and support administrative operations as assigned. Required Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours. Strong communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail in a working environment Working knowledge of standard office machines including computers, printer and scanner Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of general administrative duties. Hourly Rate
$15 Working Conditions
May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Work performed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) Work Shift
