Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable/Collections position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Hillsboro, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities for this position include: Handling collections for business-to-business transactions Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments Following up on overdue accounts Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices To be a suitable candidate, you must have: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounts receivable/collections experience is required. BA or AA in Accounting, Finance or related is preferred- not required Strong customer service abilities Proficiency in multitasking Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
