Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan Modification Assistant to join their team. As a Loan Modification Assistant, you will be part of the Loan Servicing department supporting the modification team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Loan Modification Assistant Location: Boise, ID What's the Job? Provide administrative and clerical support to the Loan Servicing department Process, track, and organize loan modification documents accurately Assist with customer service inquiries related to loan modifications Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and documents Support the modification team to ensure efficient workflow and homeowner retention efforts What's Needed? 1-2 years of experience in office administration or residential real estate lending preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness Basic understanding of loan servicing or related fields is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
