Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join a compassionate and mission-driven senior living care program in Wilmington, DE. This is a fully onsite role with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Perform three-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents. Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and support month-end close. Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries. Assist with audits by providing documentation and transaction history. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approvals. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in healthcare or senior living. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits:
