The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of global payroll for team members while maintaining compliance with "in country" federal, province/state, and local regulations. Key duties will include preparing and reviewing payroll reports, resolving discrepancies, maintaining payroll records, and responding to HR Business Partner and team member inquiries. And working with Third Party Payroll Providers. Process regular payroll cycles, including timekeeping inputs, deductions and adjustments. Review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Respond to HR Business Partner and team member inquiries regarding payroll, deductions and tax calculations. Ensure compliance with "in country" federal, province/state, and local regulations related to payroll calculation. Willingness to learn about global payroll and countries located in the regions of APAC, including China, LATAM, and EMEA. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for reporting and audits as needed. 2 - 4 years of payroll processing experience, U.S. or Global; great opportunity to expand knowledge worldwide. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping tools (ADP, Workday, Dayforce, Kronos) Familiarity with federal, state and local payroll regulations and tax laws and willingness to learn and grow with regards to countries outside of current expertise. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong teamwork, customer service skills and service delivery. Willingness to learn new systems and participate in small to mid-size projects. Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Education/Certification High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) certification(s), preferred. Experience 3-5 years related experience in payroll tax compliance or similar role, required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, required. Attention to detail and accuracy, required. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, required. Skills Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations, required. Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP, Ceridian, Workday, Kronos, required. Excellent PC skills in Windows, Word, and Excel, required. Industry-Competitive Benefits
