$24 - $26 / Hour Location: Seattle, Washington Contractor: Accounting & Finance LHH is working with a professional services firm to identify a temporary Accounting Administrator for their team. This individual will assist with some accounting tasks and will manage client documents. Since you may interact with clients who are entering or exiting the office, professional communication skills are important. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of professional office, administrative, or accounting experience. This position is fully onsite in downtown Seattle, WA. Responsibilities

Manage and track client accounting documents Data entry of client information Reconcile bank and credit card statements Support payroll and employee expense processing Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding billing and payments General administrative support as needed Qualifications
