Digital Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in defining and delivering the strategy and vision required for digital experiences to stay ahead of evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product strategy and roadmap to drive business value and a best-in-class user experience. Responsibilities
Ensures a data-driven approach to prioritize “building the right thing” that maximizes results for both end users and internal business partners. Continuously measures and optimizes digital experiences to support self-service and human-assisted customer interactions. Advocates for reusability of capabilities to drive cost-effective scale and speed to market. Leverages market insights, customer needs, and internal priorities to establish a digital product vision. Defines a future-state user experience journey and the role of experience in delivering competitive differentiation. Aligns digital product vision across enabling functions to establish an integrated delivery roadmap. Re-evaluates priorities during planning to optimize capacity against value creation. Drives roadmap priorities using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Integrates digital products, platforms and capabilities to drive business value through enhanced user experience. Advocates for modernization of digital platforms and capabilities to improve speed to market and efficiency. Manages the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle and conducts Discovery to identify valuable ideas with a customer-centric approach. Delivers cross-channel solutions (web, mobile, voice, in-person) to drive adoption and engagement across digital and human touchpoints. Identifies initial and ongoing product-market fit through cross-functional collaboration, delivering research deliverables (research briefs, personas, story maps, prototyping, product chartering, mapping experiences). Develops and tracks the north star metric (NSM) to align business outcomes with customer value. Continuously measures results against NSM targets to manage performance and progress toward the product vision. Uses NSM and leading indicators to prioritize highest-value work. Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of interdependencies among product model system elements; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using metrics, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs to consistently add value Strong customer-centric mindset to ensure positive experiences across touchpoints Knowledge of software product technology and ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects Knowledge of risk management concepts and applying them to diverse situations Preferred skills: product PnL, product strategy and planning, digital products and platforms, product discovery, agile ways of working, channel alignment, adoption, customer research, analytics, and go-to-market considerations About the team/product(s)
The Sr. Digital Product Manager will drive forward the future vision of onboarding corporate and commercial clients at U.S. Bank. They will partner across the Corporate Digital team and with business partners to ensure scalable solutions and will develop new strategies and processes. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office presence of 3+ days per week and flexibility for other days.
