Understand and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical requirements. Design, build, and operate scalable data architecture and modeling solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Build solutions using Palantir Foundry tools (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver) and other Foundry components, while mentoring teams of strategists and engineers. Advise clients on data strategies, governance, and modern data architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Design analytics solutions that deliver significant business value and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with data and analytics professionals, management, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery and client relationships while managing large, global teams; ensure quality and risk management. Build, deploy, and maintain Palantir Foundry solutions (Pipeline Builder workflows, Workshop applications, AIP Agent Studio automations, Contour integrations, Quiver visualizations). Translate business initiatives into prioritized use cases with measurable ROI and manage delivery across multiple domains. Define and execute Data & AI strategy for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Utilities clients; ensure regulatory alignment. Develop and champion data literacy programs, training, and change management to embed a data-driven culture across client organizations. Communicate analytical findings through dashboards and visualizations tailored to business and technical audiences. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industrial domain trends, and Palantir Foundry & AI platforms. Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of analysts, engineers, and data stewards to deliver high-quality outcomes. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective data architectures with enterprise architects and IT to support BI and advanced analytics. Oversee cloud-based data management platforms and technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop) for ingestion, storage, and processing. Drive design and implementation of analytical models, data pipelines, and visualizations to solve complex business problems. Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across processes; engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services. Implement resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in a quantitative or technical field with prior consulting experience or Industrials & Energy experience preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy in industrial, energy, or related sectors. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and related tools (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver). Deep knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship, compliance, and policy creation. Experience designing and deploying scalable data architectures. Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, or similar. Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and ML approaches to solve operational or financial challenges. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop; ability to lead technical delivery and small teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business domains. Mentoring passion and ability to build high-performing data teams. Understanding of regulatory and data privacy implications in industrial or energy sectors. A valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Preferred Certifications and Experience
Certifications in Palantir, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or related platforms. Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture. Familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration techniques. Strong emotional agility and familiar with ML concepts and applications. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; salary range for this job in the US is $125,500 to $230,200 (New York City Metro, Washington State and California ranges: $150,700 to $261,600). Hybrid work model; most client-serving roles are expected to be in person 40-60% of the time over a project or engagement.
