Position Summary As our Lead Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping LCs talent acquisition strategy with a strong focus on sourcing high-quality, culturally aligned candidates for a diverse range of roles. You9ll own full-cycle recruitment, develop and lead sourcing initiatives, and mentor team members on advanced sourcing techniques. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who is both strategic and hands-on in their recruiting craft.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.

Lead the sourcing function within the recruiting team—developing, executing, and refining multi-channel sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.

Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and translate role requirements into effective sourcing and outreach campaigns.

Act as the go-to sourcing expert, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, and creative outreach methods to engage passive talent.

Collaborate with the HRIS and payroll team to ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes within Workday.

Mentor and train recruiting team members on sourcing techniques, outreach best practices, and pipeline development strategies.

Build and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.

Champion a high-touch, branded candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and pipeline generation.

Proven ability to build and implement successful sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles (corporate, operations, construction, hospitality, etc.).

Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research to identify and engage passive candidates.

Experience mentoring or guiding recruiting teammates in sourcing best practices.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, JobVite, iCIMS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, Dice, etc.).

Strong business acumen and the ability to consult and influence stakeholders.

Clear communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills.
