Overview
SAP Finance Transformation Sales Lead - Senior Manager – Tech Consulting – Open Location. EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Finance transformation sales and delivery within our Technology practice. Location: Anywhere in COUNTRY. This is a client-facing role requiring leadership across sales pursuits, solution design, and delivery of SAP finance transformation engagements. Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Architect SAP finance transformation solutions, conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, and documentation. Translate business needs into SAP and non-SAP configurations and integrations; liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective system architectures. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations; translate requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with EY and client personnel to deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 5-7+ years of relevant experience in sales/pursuits. 10+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA Finance modules. Strong knowledge of finance integration with other SAP components (e.g., SAP SCM, SD). Proven track record leading Finance teams on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations. Working knowledge of SAP Accelerate or similar implementation methodology. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project-based team members; experience operating in hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience in industry-specific finance and technology functions. Travel willingness to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60%+. Prior consulting industry experience with Big Four or major SAP SI company. SAP Certifications (C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE) or equivalent. Industry experience in Finance or Accounting capacity. What We Look For
