Brand Manager
for both brands. This is a dynamic role that provides long-term, stable employment along with a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth: develop and implement the annual operating plan and campaigns aligned with company objectives, using consumer insights and category trends. Campaign Execution: Manage annual marketing calendar, ensuring consistent execution across campaigns, activations, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team. Innovation: Manage and drive innovation that ties to consumer insights and ingredient trends. Commercial & Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to develop compelling retail strategies, promotional plans, and customer presentations. Creative Brand Execution: Manage creative development for advertising, packaging, and brand collateral to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including retail, foodservice and e-commerce channels Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience in CPG (beverage industry experience strongly preferred). Proven success in managing multiple brands or product lines. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
