ATCS is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Site/Civil (Land Development) Engineer to join our team. Based in our Raleigh office location, you’ll have the chance to be a key player in the growth of our Site/Civil group in the NC market. This individual will design diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development. The diversity of responsibilities requires a flexible mindset and cooperative team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing design and management capabilities. Responsibilities
Developing innovative technical land development design solutions Collaborating with senior engineers and managers to develop innovative design solutions and address project challenges Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development Mentoring and educating early-career Site/Civil staff About You / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering Professional registration (P.E.) in NC; Licensure in other states within the ATCS footprint is highly desired (VA, MD, PA or SC) 5-10 years of land development design experience with NC clients/projects Self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Proficient in civil engineering design including: stormwater, utilities, paving, roadway design, grading Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D Familiar with state and municipal design and development processes Interacts effectively with municipal approval authorities Why ATCS?

For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of
$79,500 to $123,500 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers comprehensive benefits for you and your family. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the first day of the month following their start date, including generous personal PTO, inclusive holiday PTO, community involvement PTO, medical plan options, dental & vision plans, 401K with matching, parental leave, STD & LTD, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program and more.
