• Communicate with vendors and representatives to resolve inquiries or provide updates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data entry and order processing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
