We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey. This is an onsite, long-term contract position where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn proprietary systems.


Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls with efficiency, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Provide support through email correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

• Conduct order entry tasks and maintain accurate records in company systems.

• Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

• Manage data entry responsibilities with a high level of accuracy.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare reports and documentation as needed.

• Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Learn and adapt to proprietary systems and processes through provided training.

• Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks accurately.
