Job Description
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Support the sales team with client-related requests and documentation. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers. Prior experience in print and/or packaging industry is preferred A proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve in a customer-focused environment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with customer service software or tools is a plus. A collaborative attitude to work successfully with internal teams and clients.
