Job Description

Install, maintain, and repair industrial and manufacturing equipment at customer sites. Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Provide training and technical support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during on-site visits. Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts to ensure timely repairs. Travel to customer locations as required to meet service demands. The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Service Engineer should have:

A strong technical background in industrial and manufacturing equipment. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience with Injection Molding Machines is highly preferred. What's on Offer
