This client is a global, family-owned contract manufacturer specializing in custom injection molding for the medical, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. They operate multiple U.S. facilities with advanced cleanroom environments, in-house tooling, and full-service capabilities - from design and mold building to assembly and packaging.

Job Description

Develop and optimize injection molding processes to meet production goals and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products. Analyze and troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Prepare and maintain documentation related to molding processes and procedures. Train and support production staff on best practices in injection molding operations. Monitor production metrics and implement solutions to achieve key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all manufacturing activities. The Successful Applicant

A successful Injection Molding Process Engineer should have:

A strong background in injection molding processes and manufacturing principles. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools. Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with quality control systems and documentation standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
